Career Experience
I have more than 20 years experience in Management and Consulting in various industries ranging from Hospitality, Mining, Banking to Mining and Information Technology and Properties.
My experience includes working in Nedbank SBS Finance performing controller, reconciliation and other financial functions. I also have strong financial experience managing various large projects for SA Reserve Bank and SAICA which required strong focus on managing Budget and Financial constraints. This together with owning small businesses in IT (Africa Computer Services), Property (Flipside Properties), Web Design (OneStopWebs), Hospitality (Holiday Traveler) and Restaurant (Bean Juice Centurion) strengthens my understanding of the Small to Medium business owner's frustrations and real-world challenges.
Qualifications
Whilst I am qualified in Project Management and it's financial management aspects, the latest additions to my development are the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) accredited courses: Introduction to Bookkeeping , Intermediate Bookkeeping, Accounting Essentials and Financial Management Accounting.
