Role
As the bookkeeper you will be working closely with the CEO and the various company clients to ensure that the day to day handling of bookkeeping and reporting tasks is completed. Supplementary roles depending on candidate skill level will include financial analysis and planning, tax and regulatory body filings, import/export filings, and general financial data organisation.

Sales Consultant

Role
We’re seeking a sales representative to help us sell our bookkeeping services. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Prepare professional proposals as required for presentation to business owners
  • Set and achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
Requirements
  • Preferably not less than 1 year in sales within a retail/small business/financial or services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity
